Event Terms & Conditions


You agree to the following when booking a Rail Champions event:

 

  1. Booking of all events is permitted up until 2 working days before the event. This is to allow us time to send the relevant confirmation information (if applicable) before an event.
  2. Delegate fees are non-refundable.  
  3. Substitute delegates are welcome if we are informed in writing at least 2 working days prior to the event.
  4. If you are added to the reserve list you will receive an email at the latest 5 working days prior to the event if a place becomes available. All delegates on the reserve list will receive an email and any extra places which are available will be bookable on a first come, first served basis.
  5. We reserve the right to amend or cancel your booking at any time. If your booking is cancelled we will refund any delegate fees paid, less an administration charge.
  6. It may be necessary for reasons beyond our control to change the content, timing, speakers or the venue for this event.
  7. Please be advised that we cannot be held responsible for any travel costs incurred should an event be postponed or cancelled.
