Event Terms & Conditions
You agree to the following when booking a Rail Champions event:
- Booking of all events is permitted up until 2 working days before the event. This is to allow us time to send the relevant confirmation information (if applicable) before an event.
- Delegate fees are non-refundable.
- Substitute delegates are welcome if we are informed in writing at least 2 working days prior to the event.
- If you are added to the reserve list you will receive an email at the latest 5 working days prior to the event if a place becomes available. All delegates on the reserve list will receive an email and any extra places which are available will be bookable on a first come, first served basis.
- We reserve the right to amend or cancel your booking at any time. If your booking is cancelled we will refund any delegate fees paid, less an administration charge.
- It may be necessary for reasons beyond our control to change the content, timing, speakers or the venue for this event.
- Please be advised that we cannot be held responsible for any travel costs incurred should an event be postponed or cancelled.
